I didn't take offense to what you stated, I just wanted to let you know the other side of things as well. Thank you for your info.

Since your X is working Illegally, you may want to report it to Workman's Compensation, or even the IRS, for unclaimed wages. And also you may want to take pictures of him working and find out the employers name, address and phone number. This may seem a little drastic but your X shouldn't be "stealing" money from those who really need it.

I hope you got your apology from Holy Roller. That was awful rude of him to say those things and be so sarcasticly stupid.

You might want to Check out Massachusettes' Family codes and or laws, there could be plenty of information for you to use to right the situation. Also look into laws pertaining to the fraudlent actions of "working under the table"

And seek a reputable attorney in your area. ASK alot of questions as to where to find these laws and codes. It's alot of work, but it's worth it in the end!
