Hi - my situation is this... I am a divorced mother that lives in Vermont with my daughter who is 6 years of age. The father moved to Ohio - recently. We still have joint custody of our daughter. I am now going for sole custody on the basis that 1- that the father has moved to Ohio and 2- that our communication level is difficult, by which I mean... We tried to mediate about child support and other issues and he walked out. I will write letters to him, he doesn't respond and there are alot of other
issues around that. My question is that are these sufficient reasons on getting sole custody?

Thank you very much

My response:

Just on these issues only, and no others, you don't have a prayer. Don't waste your money.
