my son was hit while ridding his bike. The driver of the car was going the wrong way on a one way street. my son is going to get a settlement. Will my wife and I be compensated. The "one way" sign was knocked down 2years ago but the city never put it back up. Can we invest our sons money for him, or will we not be able to touch that money? My son is 12 and we live in Illinois.
