| I have a 15 yr old son whose father has custody and is remarried.my son doesnt get along with his stepmother,since july my son has lived with his grandparents because i have no room in my house for him to live with me.we've been to see an attorney and he says there's no way my parents can get custody yet they are paying for all of his expenses and his father is paying for nothing!doesnt my son have rights he wants to live with his grandparents! |

Because of your son being 15 years old, he can go into court with you and your parents and ask that the courts give custody to the grandparents. Your son is of age for the courts to talk to and can actually go to the courts and make the request for change of custody himself. Its worth a try. If you don't you'll never no. Good luck to you. |
