If in your divorce documents(1985), it states that exhusband must carry medical and dental insurance and if he does not carry insurance he is liable for 100% of medical and dental. If he does not is there a statue of limitations for me to be able to attempt to collect the hospitalization insurance premiums I have paid for the past 13 years and the medical expenses I've paid?
