Question
what is the statute of limitations in pennsylvania to sue for breach of contract? my lawyer says suing for breach of contract is the cleanest way to try to get my ex-husband to pay what he owes me, but i'm afraid that i've tolerated the lax paying for so long that i've exceeded the time limit.
