I have sent my ex a demand letter and a formal request for mediation that was mandated by my agreement that was signed in mediation. I would like to file a contempt of court w/o a lawyer (Last go around cost me 2300 him nothing) he lives in a 1/4million dollar home and they have hidden assets as I have no intrest in his wifes money I would like him to finish his responsibility (7 mons.) I can prove his duplicity but I cannot afford another fiasico like last time. He never calls, visits, anything...I am in Texas anyadvise???
