I live in fla. daughter lives in mass.
mother lives in n.y. is claiming wellfare
for my daughter she does not have custidy
have lost house and car but can't get a
court date due to not being able to find
custidy order
need help and want to know about
suing all involed

You state you live in FL, your daughter in MA and your ex in NY, she lost custody,so who does have custody?

As for the welfare fraud, you need to report that to the NY Dept of Social Services and they will prosecute her.

The custody and support order, or divorce order:
You can obtain a copy of those orders by calling or writing the Dist. Clerk of whatever Court issued them, they will probably charge you for them.
