My father and I own a piece of property together. We both live there. I have started a business on the property (we own 12 acres) He had no interest(financially or otherwise) in the business nor has he participated in the operation of it. He had no objections and was even very encourageing about it. Now we have had a terrible falling out and he wants to force me to sell the property and is trying to claim a share in the business. All of the money that I have brought in from the business has gone right back into the property, every penny. Is this money concidered "my contribution" or "Our contribution"??? Although I already pay 3/4 of the bills he claims that his investment in the property is half of the income that the business brought in. Can this possibly be considered by the courts?
