| My brother is going through a divorce. He currently pays his wife (they've been separated for 17 months) $900/mo. He has paid her every single month since there separation without fail. Even though it is court ordered, it is not taken out from his paycheck. Now he is trying to collect for taxes and she refuses to sign anything that states he's been paying her. Even though the court mandates it, the accountant said he needs additional proof. However she is refusing, because she doesn't want to pay taxes on what she's receiving. There are no kids and no marital assets. Needless to say he's very frustrated!!!What are his options??????????????????/ |
