THANKS FOR REPLYING SO QUICKLY!

WELL WHEN WE SEPARATED 4 YEARS AGO HE AGREED TO PAY ME 200.00 EACH MONTH CASH, AND THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE WAS TO TAKE OUT 504.00 EACH MONTH TOTALING 704.00. HE DECIDED TO USE THE 200.00 TO PAY MY CAR WHICH HE BOUGHT ME FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT. NOW I GET ONLY 504.00 A MONTH AND HE USES THE REST TO PAY THE CAR PAYMENT. WHEN I CALLED THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE OTHER 200.00 BECAUSE IT WASNT A COURT ORDERED AGREEMENT AND THAT HE ONLY HAD TO PAY THE 504.00 WHICH IS TAKEN RIGHT FROM HIS PAYCHECK. HE IS A GOVERNMENT WORKER AT A NAVY YARD. HE MOVED ME TO TN 2 YEARS AGO AND DESERTED ME AND THE 2 CHILDREN. I FILED FOR DIVORCE IN JUNE 2000. IS HE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY BACK THE TN STATE REQUIRED CHILD SUPPORT HE WAS DUE FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS? I AM SO CONFUSED I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO..
