Texas-Query on grounds, spousal support...

My husband walked out on me in June 1999. He is seeing someone else now (I have proof). He is representing himself publically, as divorced. Is this enough for charging him with abandonment and adultry? Is there a provision for spousal support in Texas? I have a chronic illness and need his support. I did not want a separation or divorce so, can I make him pay for it?
