I REALLY APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT FROM THOSE THAT REPLIED. MY FIANCE' HAS RETAINED A LAWYER AND IT COST HIM 1,000 BIG ONES AND 75.00 AN HOUR. IS THERE A LESS EXPENSIVE WAY TO ENFORCE A COURT ORDER REGARDING WITHHOLDING VISITATION RIGHTS. IF SO LET ME KNOW WHO TO GO TO FOR HELP.
THANKS
I WILL ALSO LET YOU KNOW HOW COURT TURNS OUT.

Have you tried Legal Aid? If your income is in their bracket, maybe your fee can be half of what he's expected to pay. Plus if you go to the family court and file for violation of parent time there's a small fee everyone is different, but I had to pay $15.00, but it's worth it...Good Luck!
