TPR not granted-visitation rights for return home goal IL DCFS

I am going through a custody dispute with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. DCFS attempted to terminate my parental rights, yet were unsucessful in doing so, now I am working on the goal of return home, however, I am curious about what the visitation schedule should be like, right now, I am allowed 2 hrs per week, 2 days a week, which to me, is not enough time to re-establish a bond. Please advise as to what type of case law applies to someone seeking more liberal visitation, I should also note here, that before the TPR stage, I was allowed visits with my child 5 days a week. I have court again in a few short months to regain custody, can you advise as to how I should proceed?
