Tuition expences /C.S. in Oklahoma

Is the non-custodial parent liable for college expenses and child support of a child over 18 if there is nothing noted in the divorce decree?

i am in VA/so dont know if same applies, but i just left attorney office Monday, and was told I COULD NOT even ask for support after 18 or college funds......was told other spouse not responsible for support or college funds.......nothing after 18-and I could not even, ask for it, what he did on his own is up to him.......And it would be a shame for any parent who could afford to do so not to help in anyway, for their childs education......Chutne
