Cool

1. Can I bring video evidence in to court?
This would disprove my ex's testimony.
2. I found out that my ex took the court copy of the case file and added his "version" of things. I am bothered that any one that looks at the file will see a bunch of bias notes and not know the full story. Is this a crime? What can I do?
Sorry the heading was to LB and LB2 it's late and they just announced the new pres.
I hope everyone liked my jokes.
Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou
I need sleep!
This is in FL

You need to find out who allowed him to take the file... They are supposed to watch you as you look through it so you don't take anything or add anything..

Question

In our court house they give you the file and you can go sit where you want, as long as you don't leave nobody watches you. The clerks are busy and my case is big (3 big folders) it takes about 3hrs to go through if you are familiar the case. So he made his add on's in the clerks office, but it doesn't suprise me that no one noticed. Some are very damaging (but un true) and this bothers me. This is on a permanent public record!! What can I do?

MSM, thanks for setting me straight. All this time I thought quash was a gourdlike fruit commonly used in Southern and Asian cooking.
