I HAVE BEEN LIVING WITH THE FATHER OF MY 5YR OLD DAUGHTER, FOR 11 YEARS WE HAVE NEVER MARRIED BUT HE IS ON HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A CUSTODY AGREEMENT, NOW HE WANTS TO BE WITH ANOTHER WOMEN, HAS LEFT THE HOME WHO HAS CUSTODY? AND IF TEMP. CUSTODY NEEDS TO BE FILED CAN I FILE FOR IT MYSLEF IN THE DISTRICT COURT SINCE I HAVE NO ATTORNEY ?

Hey im going through the same thing i was never married with the mother of my 5 yr old son and the good thing is i have our son full time but we have no custody on paper .. i am going to goto the court house and get a parential package so that i can go and get support . plus im not using an attorney either cause i cannot afford. well good luck
