I know your situation all too well.

One down and two to go. The WV custody battle shouldn't be too bad and not as expensive, but the Tennesse battle......well I should say WAR, is another story. So many lies, and so screwed up.

But God will bring us through in his own time. It is people like you, usmcfamily, mysonsmom, karen, always searching, and others on this board that keep my spirits up when I'm feeling low.

My prayers are with you. When the money is tight....we just turn it over to God and he always provides a way. The hard part is not letting Satan discourge us until that happens.

Keep your chin up....even when you don't feel like it.

God Bless You.

What bugs me the most is not really being able to do anything about it.. to just have to wait for the court papers, to defend ourselves etc.. but not really being in a position to do anything back.. all the time just defending action against us...

There are two ultimate things that annoy me.. one, once all this current pointless action is over, we have to sit down at the same table as this jerk and work things out. If he wins his current action it will make it 10 times more unbearable.. and second, that despite telling everyone that his child is the most important thing in his life, has yet to back it up with action and knowing that between the lines, it is all about his own self interests...

I know what you mean. Their lies keep us in disaray. We know the truth, but we wonder will the judge see it. The system is truely unfair. In more cases than not, for the fathers. But the thing is you never know how things are going to turn out. Alot of that I believe depends on what kinda day the judge is having.

Now the judges are getting upset and posing fines if you can prove the other is a filing frivolous suit, or is using the system to get even with you. Of course this is why we have to pay good money to the attorneys. In reality its a no win situation....if you win the court battle, you lose money and if you lose in court....well....its a double wammy. I truely believe I should have gone to law school right out of college. You never know.....once my husband gets his transfer and we get settle in a new place....I may go back to school. I actually have about 2 semisters to get my teaching cert., but teaching is now a dangerous career....with all the guns and school violence.....not to mention it doesn't really pay well. I have attempted to go back several times, but my health wouldn't permit it. I do fine until winter comes.....the cold weather really puts me to bed.....and some professers weren't very understanding since I didn't have a diagnosis. Now that I have one.....well maybe that will help and not to mention, we will be moving to a warmer climite.

Good luck and I'll be praying for you, may God lend you his strength.

Paula
