Vacate judgement date

I filed for divorce in Los Angeles County, California. I already got the judgement back; divorce date effective 10/21/00. Due to tax issues, my ex and I would like to change the divorce date to 1/1/01 so we can file jointly for this year. I was told I could have the judgement vacated to change the date by filing a stipulation and order. Is there a form for this? A fee? How do I go about this? What are my chances for a change if we both agree?
