my son is 3,my exboyfriend has never been a part of his life there is a visitation order but he has never followed it he comes around every 6-12 saying its going to be different this time that he wants to be a dad its usually at the start of a new relationship you know to make himself look good,well now he`s called again full of excuses, he`s basically homeless living with people here and there I never know where he is I want to know if I could get no overnight visits or supervised visits there are other things that make me scared to let him have him, but he doesnt have a stable living envirement for all I know he could have my son sleeping on the street,also I having gotten support in a longtime

Yes you could possible get this changed. With no fixed address a judge may take away overnight visitation.
