We live in New Hampshire and My daughter and her husband have split up, she has moved in with us and he went home to New Jersey. My daughter plans to file for divorce with in a month or so and has written an agreement that gives him eight days a month or every weekend visitation. It also says he has to pay One Hundred dollars a month for support. He says if she takes out the support and agrees to no support and brings her down to him for his eight days he will sign it. We dont trust him not to just grab her and not give her back. With no court papers what Should she do?
