Question

Can the bio-father who has court order weekend visitations take the child out of town or out of the country , even if I'm
against it ?

He can take the child out of the state if he is within the visitation times. He should always let you know of the whereabouts. As for out of the country, he should let you know in advance. You then have the chance to go to a judge to stop it... but if it is a simple vacation then you need a very good reason why they should not go..
