| I've been divorced 9 years, and have joint custody. My ex has remarried a women with three kids and my son would like to have less time with him and them. At what age in OR can he legally have a choice of where and how much time he resides? He's almost 14. |

| Thanks for your reply. Do you know if there is a statute to that effect? A friend here in Oregon said she thought that the law stated that a 12 year-old could choose his place of residence. I'm not sure where to look to verify that. |
