Question
I got pregnant when I was a teenager. Have not seen or heard from the guy in since my child was two weeks old. He never paid or bought that child anything. I found a great guy who I knew as a friend for along time and ended up marring him (9 years). He is the only father that my child knows. He would like to be put on her birth certificate as her father and have her last name changed to his. What can I do and does the other guy have any rights to my child?
