CAN A ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT GAIN U.S. CITIZENSHIP, JUST BY IMPREGNATING A WOMAN IN THIS COUNTRY? CAN THEY BE GRANTED A STAY IN THE COUNTRY FOR THIS OR DO THEY HAVE TO PROVE PATERNITY? MEXICO HAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LAWS THAN US! I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND THHIS LAW AT ALL!!

it'd probably be best to post your question on immigration board. tho the lawyer that helps there has gone for holiday. he said he'd catch up on all posts when he gets back. i know this doesn't help but hope it's better than no answer at all. *n*
