Question
I have a very belligerent son who is 17. Recently I co-signed on a car loan to help him out and hoping it would change his attitude. Big mistake. Now I'm wondering if I can legally take the car away and sell it. Both our names are on the title. If I can take the car back, what recourse do I have if he refuses to turn it over to me (which he will)?
