My husband and I are supposed to close on a house the 1st of August. He has lied to me about different things over the period of our marriage but this one just takes the cake and when did he tell me??? The day i had a miscarriage 2 weeks ago. (Great huh) If he is caught the dirt he did could cause my house to be taken from me and on top of that they could say i was in on it (possible jail time right along with him). The mortgage company
just sent us some more paperwork that has to be signed before closing and i am wondering if i should get the lawyer ASAP before i sign anything else or have the lawyer with me at closing to drop all of the bombs???? Is it
okay for me to periodically remove some of my clothes and shoes from the residence (Apt. month 2 month) or should i just wait until i formally file for divorce??? He has no clue as to what is going to happen, b/c we haven't spoken in a week b/c he is upset that i told my parents what he did just in case i needed some help from them later. He did not appreciate that b/c he thought someone was going to tell. (His problem) What is also the
difference between legally seperated and divorce??
