| My son is looking to change his last name, and his father's attorney wants him to testify "In camera". Doex this mean the obvious, that he would like a video deposition from him, rather than subjecting him to courtroom, or does he want him to have to testify in open court? |

| en camera means you get to go before the judge and speak to him privately.usually th eother lawyers don't like this and there is a rule that you can't talk to the judge but i forget thename of that but I do know this one good luck! |
