| I was just wondering if you know what the consenting age is in the state of Kentucky, and also what does that mean exactly. My step-son is 20 and dating a 16 year old girl, which we are not too happy about. He keeps telling us that the consenting age is 16, however I've been told by others that they changed that a couple of years ago. I've been very concerned about this matter and would like to know if there is a legal issue involved with him dating her. |
