Where do I go now?

I asked a legal question and then proceeded to read of the problems the bulletin board has with no atorney. Is there a sight to go to for free legal advice? Please help me find one. Thanks Janet

There are a few attorneys here, unfortunately, they are on vacation and one was harrassed off the board, He was very knowledgeable. As far as afre advice website, this is it!

Go ahead and post your question. There are attorneys here, though they are 'lurking' and not necessarily declaring themselves. Besides that, you may have a problem that someone else has experienced and they may be able to give your their experiences. Which is what this board is really about.

The attorney was not harassed off the board. He said he left voluntarily. It was his choice to be abusive. I cannot condone some of the responses he received, but the fact remains that he said some very nasty things to a woman who was hurting. He could have apologized, but he chose not to. It was his choice, and the consequences were his. More people in this world need to accept responsibility for their actions.
