| My boyfriend has a ten month daughter as a result of a month relationship with the mother. He wants to pay child support, however, the mother keeps saying she doesn't want it. She says " Just don't make me mad and you won't have to worry about it." Well he wants to settle this legally so that it doesn't haunt him later. Where should we start to get everything on the right track? Should he take her to court? ------------------ |
