| I have been married 15 months. My husband retired from teaching after 32 years , just this past June. He wants a divorce. Am I entitled to any of his pension? |

| karin Do u have an attorney?? First, get one if u dont, Second, dont sign off on anything such as 401K plan or pension. You should be entitled to at least half, unless u signed a per- nuptual agreement. Good Luck!!! |
