My son recently died unexpectedly and his (supposedly) 2nd wife is refusing to let his 2 natural sons put a headstone on his grave.
The parents paid for the plot, the digging and the funeral... she paid nothing and now the sons want to put a stone on the grave and she is refusing. Who would have the right?
