Who pays for child care?

I live in Texas,and currently receive child support for 2 children ages 7,8. In the prior years my mother lived with me and provided child care, I hold a full time job, now my mother moved out and I am paying child support, for 2 it can be very expensive. I found a person who charged me $100 wk for both (not bad compared to child care centers) I receive $450 in child support and i'ts all going towards child care, should their dad be helping with child care cost, and if so, is it aside from the child support currently being paid? pls advise
