thank you for responding Kansas here we want to move the case because ex wife gave them up then came back and wanted shared custody in order not to pay child support the children are very stable now the judge assigned a case manager he gave her shared custody without investigating it too much she rents an apartment to show case man she lives here when her husband and other children still live 3 hours away so we are wanting to change venue while she has address here to get away from case manager this is his 3rd case he doesnt know what he is doind the ex wife already stated to brother that she didnt know how much longer she could stay up here and if she could even handle the children for 9 weeks at time. But we didnt know if we could with it being in appeal.
