I want to know if a judge order my ex to take a drug test? I have a court date in Nov. for emergency custody of my two children. My ex wife was arrested for having a pot pipe in her car along with live in boyfriend (they also use meth). My ex said that he moved out soon after her arrest (on a warrant) because he also had a warrant, also told me he was not coming around her home anymore. The children was with her last weekend soon after they came home they told me her boyfriend was there. My daughter told me he came in around 8:00 am my mom and him went into the bedroom for awhile then mom came out and left to go to a friends house. Boyfriend was left with the children and did not come out of the bedroom for awhile. Then boyfriend came out and left. She said mom came back about an hour later from her friends house. Childrens half sister was there while boyfreind was there but still I did not care for him to be there with having a warrant. Plus they both have a drug problem but I had know choice in the matter to let her have the children for the weekend the cops was called and I had know choice since she has joint custody and the chilren are supposed to reside with her. They have been living with me for 3 months because of the children request and ex said yes. I found out later why she said yes was because she had been evicted and knew she has a warrant, ironic it was all at the same time the children requested to stay with me. Back to the topic of before I feel that the early visit from the my ex's boyfriend and her leaving and leaving him there and going to a freinds (daughter told me friends name) who is a known drug dealer, hmmmmmmmmmm looks to me my ex is not keeping herself out of trouble she is looking for it, she is on probation righ now. Will the judge order a drug test or can I order a drug test? I want her test even if she only get super. visits. I know she is not clean because of this leaving so early in the morning to a friends house and I had to call 911 because she thought she could sit on her car hood when she came to get the kids and call me every name in the book. Can I get the recorded 911 call because it has her yelling on it the 911 lady sent the cops over fast because she herd her out of control. I can not wait for Nov. so I can really protect my kids from this. AZ is the state. thanks all**************...and to the person who said they are leaving the board I would like to say don't your help more than you think so stick around ok**************

It might seem underhanded, but why don't you tip off the police? Tell them where her boyfriend is? At least tell them that he was there on such and such date? Who knows, if your ex is really up to her eyebrows in this, there is a good chance the police will 'catch her in the act'. If nothing else, they could pressure her about harboring a wanted criminal.

I remember from your earlier posts that you haven't had any luck getting Child Protective Services involved, but I would keep trying. good luck
