Just curious, were you two married? If so was there a divorce decree which stipulated the amount for support, and your visitation rights?

If not, were you just bf/gf, and she had the child and you were unaware that you had a child?

need more info....

Was the child born prior to or after the divorce?
I cannot see how a court granting a divorce even 12 yrs ago would overlook support and visitation of a child born of the marriage.

I am confused. Are you sure child number 3 is yours? Did you know until now that child number 3 even existed?

If the child was born after the divorce, I BELIEVE you have the right to deny paternity and request a DNA test. (No, I am NOT anti-child support, I have a daughter I'd want supported).

In PA, the statute of limitations (I BELIEVE) is 10 years for filing for support.

Please give us more info.

I am not a lawyer, just a person. Any advice I gave is strictly that, not legal advice.
