Hi, I was approved disability under PERS 2 years ago if I would try to be rehabilitated. I did everythihng required no improvement per my doctors.
Reexam required from them this year saw 3 of their drs. 1 said disable 1 partial. Contested saw 4 dr.I saw rheumatolgist at my dr request she sent letter total disable. Got notice termination of disability benefits were upheld.
What can I do now? My doctors all say disable. I cannot work.
Dx: Fibromyalgia,severe pain,depression from pain,disc low back,migraines.
