What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California
Our company no longer posts your PTO accrual rate anywhere on our paystubs or anywhere on the hr/payroll website. The only way to figure out if you are getting the correct accrual rate is to write down you total PTO during one pay period, then wait for the next one, look at the new total and do the division to see if you were given the right number of hours. This seems super dicey to me. Don't they have to tell you somewhere what they have on record so you know they are giving you the correct number of hours and then just use the math to double check it is actually going through?
