What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada
The management and union side trustees changed the trust agreement to prevent the union and the empoyer from removing and/or appointing trustees. The trust agreement generally allows the trustees to make changes to the trust document. This is a Taft Hartley multi employer pension trust. This has entrenched the trustees and prevents both the employer and the union from choosing a trustee. What steps if any can be taken to return the choice of trustees to the union and the employer?

Amend the trust documents as the trust provides. If there is no provision, there is nothing you can do.
