My employer is considering taking over my Frequent Flyer
benefits to use for his business!
Yikes! that is the only perk I get for doing field service work.
Can he do this?

Yes, he can. Some employers allow employees to keep frequent flier miles from business travel; others require the employees to sign those miles over to the company.
