What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
I was grated benefits after an appeal, I have claimed benefits for the past 11 weeks. Will a lump sum for those weeks be paid to me or will I receive just a weekly payment each week for those back weeks?

The only information I have been able to find is that this is state specific, how does NYS Dept. of Labor handle this?

I'm betting on a lump sum. Haven't seen them paid out week by week, as they are for past weeks, not current ones. Keep on making the certs as long as you're eligible.
