Health Insurance Cancelled w/o Notification

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My employer cancelled my health insurance 2 weeks ago without notification. I found out when I went to confirm a medical appointment. I have had appointments between the time it was cancelled at her request. Is she liable to pay for them? What recourse do I have?

Are you still employed there? Was everyone's insurance cancelled or just yours?

Yes I am still employed. It is a very small business and not all employees have health insurance. I don't know if anyone else's insurance got cancelled. Thanks.

You need to find out more information. Was the entire policy cancelled or just your coverage? And WHY?
