My wife gave a two-week notice to her employer on 7/23/08. She was informed at the end of the day that she was not to return. A month later we received a letter from her medical insurance provider stating that her insurance was cancelled on 3/9/08. Her employer took premium from her check through her last day. We are now getting calls from our doctor stating that her visit in May was rejected from her insurance company. What actions can we take?
