Medical Insurance BenefitsWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio, What is the law on providing different medical insurance policys for managers vs workers, without telling the workers about this. I currently pay $750 a month for medical insurance coverage. In 2008, I had have major medical, & emergency room coverage. After a major illness, I just found out that I no longer have this coverage, but the manager's due. And the insurance agent is trying to coverage up this slip of information to me. This monthly preiumn is still being deducted from my check, but the coverage is now nothing. Is there any recourse that I can take, as I now have 80 - 100K in medical bills? |

| It is perfectly legal for them to provide different insurance for management and non-management employees. They should notify you whenever your coverage changes. Are you absolutely CERTAIN that you didn't get information in the mail or email about your benefits for 2009 and you just ASSUMED it was the same as last year and ignored it?
