What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri

I received a request to sign a mutual arbitration agreement from my employer today. It states that if not signed, I will no longer be eligible for performance based compensation increases. In the past, these have been 3-5%. It also provides an incentive of $500 in stock options if signed within 2 weeks. Vested after 2 years.

I've done some basic research online on mutual arbitration agreements and am concerned about giving up my rights to the court system. I'm trying to find out if this sort of agreement is legal and enforceable. Do I have any recourse?
