PensionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT I am a non union city employee out on medical leave. I will be retiring in March of 2010. When I took medical leave, I was told in writing that there was no guarantee of reinstatement of my position. Since then my position has been eliminated. Am I entitled to receive 50% of my last year's pay as my pension because my position was eliminated? Thank you for your help. |
