Severance Pay ContractWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLORIDA I have a written contract with my employer that clearly states that upon termination of my employment I am entitled to the equivalent of 12 weeks pay. The employer has not paid me. | You need to take your contract to a local attorney for an opinion. Depending on the amount, you may or may not be able to find one to take it on contingency.
