What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny.i'm a union sheetmetal worker .my last employer did not pay my benefits for the last 6 months that i worked there.the union has not been helpful.some of these benefits were taxed already.what are my options?

SPECIFICALLY what benefits are you talking about? When you say they were not paid, what do you mean - not paid to you, or premiums not paid to vendors? Taxed by whom on what?
