What is the name of your state? Iowa
If you are 100% vested, can the employer modify or change the vesting schedule so you are not 100% vested in a contributory or non-contributory plan?

Also, the employer contributions used to be on a monthly basis. The employer modified or change the contribution frequency to once a year. Is that within their rights to do such?

Also, the employer contributions used to be on a monthly basis. The employer modified or change the contribution frequency to once a year. Is that within their rights to do such? Assuming they did the proper refiling of the Plan Document with the IRS and DOL, yes.
